What a great experience! The service I received from Carmen was second to none. She was so pleasant and got my and my 3 yr old haircut perfect! She was very professional and great conversation. The icing on the cake was the shampoo, hot towel and chair massage. She was truly great. We will be back.

Terrible website and keeps getting worse with the on-line check-in. They need a new web person. I use othnly two stylist (Ona & Tamara) and never had an issue and they do a great job. Have had issues in the past with another stylist who is no longer there (she did a terrible job). Because I can't make a definite appointment, I'll probably look for another place which is unfortunate.
